You came, you saw, you thought... YES, my life would be immeasurably better with a Udio subscription (true!) or, separately, a bucket of non-expiring credits (also true!).
But -- alas! -- despite completing the transaction, your subscription hasn't been activated or your credits haven't shown up your account.
The painful answer: Be patient and wait a few hours, please
After that time, typically...
β Your bank will approve the charge, notify Udio, and you'll get your subscription or credits OR
β Your bank will instruct Udio not to honor the charge
After waiting a few hours...
If your bank declined the charge
You may be able to ask them to retroactively approve it, but your best bet is likely to use a different form of payment (e.g., a credit card from a different bank).
If your bank approved the charge
Try signing out of Udio and then back in again. If you still don't see the subscription or credits you're expecting, contact us (via the messenger icon on the bottom right) so we can investigate!
